UC/Eolas Makes its Next Move in the 906 Case
For those of you following the 906 legal rumble, the University of California and Eolas have made their next move in the form of a brief filed with the US Court of Appeals countering Microsoft's request for an appeal. CNET has a good summary.

I think litigation is finally outpacing innovation. Mike Doyle needs a slap to the head. I for one, would like to send him a bill for all the time I'd spend converting courseware running inside my clients LMS's, and the time spent re-verifying it.
