DOS-for-hire: 1930: "Honest, Mr. Ness, they just took my bathtub and used it to brew gin, and I never knew about it because they washed it out each night, then they shot up Mr. Muggles' shop down the street because he bought from someone else, but I don't know anything about it." 1990: "I just bought this PC and keep seeing casino ads on it, but now you say my computer was used to shut down the business of a competing satellite television dealer!?"
