SEO QED
SEO QED: Brittany Thompson's article at WebProNews probably got syndicated around... let me paraphrase for brevity: "Gregory Markel said SWF don't search... for proof, do a search on movie 'irobot' and you won't see the site." The movie is actually called "I, Robot" rather than "irobot", and if you spell it right you'll pick it up. The landing page is HTML-hosting-SWF, rather than just HTML. The QED of the article is wrong on at least two counts here. (I see Derek Franklin picked up on it already... this link is to the top of his blog, because permalinks are currently fubar for me.) (Hmm, I've got some prior items on Gregory Markel here... if WebProNews had more interactivity, like comments, then that might help the fact-discovery process....)

Well, that's funny! Suppose it was an HTML page and people said 'irobot' instead of 'I,Robot", woudn't the search engines pick it up? hmmm.. and people invaribly are going to enter 'i robot' / 'irobot' as search keywords instead of 'I,Robot', aren't they?
