Starbucks WiFi pricing
Starbucks WiFi pricing: Speaking of which, Michael Masnick at Techdirt has an item about how local Starbucks managers are said to be begging a renegotiation with T-Mobile so that they can give away free connectivity to their customers... I don't see proper attribution for the quote at the original article, so it's not provable, but it's an interesting story regardless of its accuracy. 80 years ago: "Hey, no one's coming in to our diner, they're all going to Joe's because he has that new-fangled indoor plumbing for his privvy...."
