IBM, Microsoft, Macromedia, chasm

IBM, Microsoft, Macromedia, chasm: I should have a witty caption for this diagram, particularly because it had Scott Fegette and me doubled over and laughing in amazement here in the company lunchroom when we found it... I'm sure we'll get in trouble for this somehow, someway. The previous page has more context, summarized by "Based on our discussions with bloggers at the three companies, we place IBM and Macromedia on opposite sides of the divide and Microsoft is somewhere in the middle." (Yeah, if that's true Dowdell, then where's the Player RTL support already, huh? ;-) (My take: Things are pretty good, but are necessarily imperfect and evolving, and different groups of us pursue different paths when moving to better places... it's a little strange to be held out as a model like that.)
