Postmillennial platform wars: Useless, but funny... it does feel like the outbound evangelism has shifted from operating systems to search services. "Brand X's Maps API smells like burnt dog hair." ah, reminds me of the good old days.... ;-)

Useless? Maybe, but readership of my blog increased 20X over normal on that day, and we're already seeing omelettes coming from those broken eggs.

It's called competition, nothing new about it.
