More on Orca SWF TV

More on Orca SWF TV: Lior Boord, who is working on the SUI SDK at Orca, dropped into comments here with more info... example: "Using our frame work Flash developers can now write the interfaces for our IPTV middleware server applications which include features like VOD (Video On Demand), EPG (Electronic Program Guide) and so on, developers are also able to control the set top box using ActionScript, a developer can invoke channel zapping, control the video stream (play, stop, pause), change the video window properties (size and shape of the video showing on the screen)." I agree that this is an exciting area... in the future I'd like to see any computer interact with any phone interact with any big video display, and Orca's work here lays some important groundwork for that future.
