Realtor data

Realtor data: Zillow announces plans to expose buying data for 67 million homes as a web service this autumn. Commentary on the company appears to be mixed, but if they can pull this off (and if they offer a cross-domain policy file for proxy-free access) then it will be the interface which defines a successful real estate application, rather than just ownership of a private data silo. Here in mid-summer they're seeking project descriptions from indy developers for early access to this datasource.
