Fireworks Beta; Cheap Flex
Fireworks Beta; Cheap Flex: Two items here... Alan Musselman links to an entry page for the Adobe Fireworks beta program, just opening up... I'd advise doing this now, because I have, uh, a sneaking suspicion that interest will be, ah, rather higher after MAX, ahem.... ;-) And the Flex Team is coordinating comment on ways to most productively write Flex MXML in text editors other than the Eclipse-based Flex Builder offering.

Sorry I not was on MAX (Live in Argentina)and will use the money to get a other month of world of warcraft play. But what is so new on fireworks? I was thinking adobe may kill it like they got photoshop and imageready ....

I'm sorry but what have Photoshop and ImageReady got to do with Fireworks? They are no replacements for Fireworks. If you add Illustrator to the mix you may start to understand the real power of Fireworks and why it was not only not killed... but is alive and well as it should be:
