Global net access

Global net access: Reporters Without Borders campaigns against internet prohibitions in 13 nations. I'm frequently skeptical of how NGOs can be gamed, and of how western elites' perceptions dictate such campaigns (and their blindspots!), but this is a good compact list of how WWW and publishing currently differ around the world.
