Launchday -1 vapor
Launchday -1 vapor: Very strange... on the day before the arrival of Microsoft's Zune music player, Steve Ballmer talks up future video features. (Bloomberg: "Microsoft to Add Video Sharing to Zune, Ballmer Says".) Usually the goal is to focus attention on the launch itself; not to distract attention away by alluding to features even further in the future. I'm not persuaded of that theory that the $1-per-unit royalty to Universal Music is actually an attempt to sour future Apple iTunes Store deals with the labels, but this Bloomberg article is strange enough to reinforce such suspicions.
