Player in Apple updater

Player in Apple updater: Today's Apple Macintosh system update is mostly Apple code, but also includes the current 9.0.28 version of Adobe Flash Player. Upshot: Mac users who stay protected with system updates will all go up to the fullscreen version. More info at CNET.

Another upshot... Flex Builder 2 users (and probably other Flash developers) will need to re-install the debug version of the Flash Player following this update.

Thanks for this post, I was not aware of this, as I already had the new flash player, but I think that this is really cool to be included in the apple updates`-`

Can I ask where I update the debug version(stand alone version), I still have version 9.0r16. Sounds like creacog found there was a new one.

Thanks:)

[jd sez: Sorry, I'm not sure offhand. I think I remember hearing that the debugger has stayed at that version, but I need to confirm once I get into the office today. (I'm also not sure whether Apple's new installer will blow away the debugger, or if it offers an interface to control this.)]

Hi again,
just to confirm, that the current de-bug version is 9.0r28. You can get it at:
http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
I also check for the education version of flex builder 2.0(with charting), and I think that I will get this, as it says it is $99.00`-`

I think that this must be a mistake on adobe's site, but if not this a great price for students(like me) to learn flex!
