Governmental non-piracy
Governmental non-piracy: People's Daily: "In an effort to curb software piracy, the Chinese government will require all large State-owned enterprises to begin using genuine software this year, Vice-Premier Wu Yi said yesterday." Such institutional or enterprise legitimacy is the main goal of anti-piracy programs... system administrators face a difficult task in ensuring that compensation is made for software installed on their network, and tools for authentication and auditing help them track the costs they're actually incurring.
