DEMO videos, FF/Win?
DEMO videos, FF/Win? I'm trying to chase down this warning dialog... can you help? The videos from the DEMO conference have a warning message: "Attention Firefox users: BG LiveBroadcast is currently not supported on Firefox for Windows. Please use IE for Windows, Safari or FireFox for Mac OSX, or FireFox for Linux. FireFox support under Windows is pending a patch of the Adobe Flash." I've been searching their site for support notes, and see clear branding problems like "BG LiveBroadcast is a flash-based streaming service", but don't see further info on the problem they're advertising. I checked with Emmy and Justin, and they're surprised too, and are pursuing the issue through other channels. What worries me is that the DEMO crowd is influential, and that alert text is potentially damaging... particularly when it's not clear what it is that they expect us to be fixing! ;-) I'll keep working on this throughout the day, but do you see some angle by which their streaming video might not work in Firefox/Win? Got a tip, theory? Thanks in advance for any leads!

Update: The issue appears to have been identified... their streams did not specify a content-length, leading to burping in just the one browser config. Doesn't seem to be a Player issue after all.

Yeah, that sounds like the problem logged in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=412726 where a lack of Content-Length caused a storm of NetStream Flush messages. I'm not sure if there was anything further, but your colleage Paul Betlem might have more details? Hope that's helpful in some way...
