A new DevNet article was just posted for Director users that discusses checking for any new features used in movies authored in Director MX 2004 in order to ensure safe publishing to the 8.5 file format. In the article the author, Dan Sadowski, also discusses all the various scripting areas that are affected by the new scriptExecutionStyle property which is some information not covered well enough in our documentation.
